Got this off Craigslist from a guy who was cleaning out his storage shed. Standing outside for an hour while he refused my help, he managed to wiggle this out from the very back bottom of a PACKED shed. This guy could pack - a trait my father would admire. I'm a pretty good packer, being efficient with space, but my father was a master packer - fitting an unbelievable amount of sh*t in our cars for road trips and vacations and even trips to the Grandmas' houses.
Anyway, none the worse for the wear, this piece drew me in because of the cool hardware on front. The rest of it was a mish-mash of styles - like someone had taken 70s paneling on the sides, weird carvings on the front and these AWESOME hardware buckle things.
This dresser could have gone sooo many ways but someone wanted a blue on blue dresser for a photo shoot so I used a baby blue and a royal blue to play them off each other, striping the sides and finishing the hardware in chrome.
